Job Summary


Sanso Motors is hiring for the design and development of the Electric Vehicle Residential & Commercial Charging Solutions. Design & develop power electronics converters and electric vehicle chargers and charging stations. Conduct R&D on power electronics components, systems, and circuits.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Modeling and design of mechanical systems and components including plastic, metal and sheet metal parts, conductors, insulators, wire-harnesses, fasteners, and other components.
  • Mechanical design analysis including thermal, structural, design for assembly, and design for test.
  • Solve electronics packaging issues including: isolation, EMC, RF transmission, thermal management, interconnection, shock and vibration management, etc.
  • Utilize engineering principles to create test plans, identify root causes for field or test failures and implement fixes.
  • Create drawing packages and instructions for proper manufacturing and assembly of designs.
  • Deep understanding of the material science of components used in mechanical design (metals, insulators, plastics, connectors, gaskets, conductors etc).
  • Prepare 3D CAD, 2D drawings.
  • Experience in using 3D mechanical design and analysis tools (CATIA v6, hyperworks or any other equivalent tool).
  • Experience with DFMEA, DVP&Rs, failure analysis, statistical control methods.
  • Knowledge of GD&T, finite element analysis and design for reliability concepts.
  • Working knowledge of Matlab, Labview, and Python.
  • Experience with designing products that receive international safety certifications.
  • Basic understanding of electrical design fundamentals.

Education & Experience Requirement

  • Min. 2-3 years of relevant field experience.
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Creative problem-solving ability with strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Good MS Office skills.

Interview Phases
i) Online Phase of general Interview on Skype via text phase to keep all chat as record for the management.

iii) A final review of your submitted project or task via senior team, where you will show off your Task or Project detailed presentation and demonstrate what you have to offer out of the box expertise of your's.

FAQ

Q. Who issues the work permit?
A. The timeline and results related to the Approval/Rejection of the Work Permit Application is the core decision of the concerned Immigration department of UAE.
Applicant(s) who would be selected/shortlisted for UAE Office of SANSO will be processed for the work permit as per the Govt policies under the sponsorship of SANSO.

During Probation or regular tenure of your service if you are not performing as per the given task or targets, so company is eligible to fire you as per MOI/MOL laws permissions.
If you breach any policy and involve any serious crime or against company goodwill then your visa will be cancelled & you will be deported back with immediate affect.
