Sanso Motors is hiring for the design and development of Electric-vehicle Batteries (High Voltage / Traction / EV) for passenger car.
Responsible to define, design & execute BMS architecture for each product family/program. Define & Implement common BMS requirements to support all program features and legislative requirements. The requirements for the BMS Subsystem including and hardware and software.
Responsible for the designing & management and delivery of Sanso EV traction battery projects.
Defining product design requirements based on system/project requirements.
Responsible for Project Planning, Design reviews, and Design analysis reviews.
Defining DVP (German Standards) requirements.
Electrical and mechanical integration and packaging.
Conducting design reviews and managing DFMEA, DFM, DFA, DFS requirements, Meeting Cost, quality, and timeline targets
Experience in High Voltage / EV / Traction battery Pack design.
Experience in Battery pack selection & sizing of the cell, bus bar design, cell/module holder design, enclosure design, design assessment.
Responsible for thermal component sizing/selection and cooling system design for Battery.
Experience in Electro-mechanical vehicle integration with Chassis, Cooling, and Electrical Distribution systems.
Ensure validation of all Battery aggregates to meet the requirements as per the DVP (German Standards).
Good knowledge of all the EV aggregates and their integration constraint.
Good understanding of the statutory and regulatory requirements of EV and their standards.
Knowledge of the battery pack and motor, inverter sizing, and selection as per the vehicle performance requirement.
In-depth knowledge and experience of DFMEA, APQP, PPAP, and Six Sigma & EU (German Standards).
Understanding of the function and performance characteristics of all propulsion system components such as engines, batteries, inverters, DC to DC converters, on-board chargers , electric motors and transmissions, and their interactions.
Experience of New Product Introduction, reworking design changes, and upgrades through to production.
Min. 2-3 years of relevant field experience.
Experience in the automotive/Aerospace industry
Strong communication skills.
Good MS Office skills.

Interview Phases

Q. Who issues the work permit?
A. The timeline and results related to the Approval/Rejection of the Work Permit Application is the core decision of the concerned Immigration department of UAE.
Applicant(s) who would be selected/shortlisted for UAE Office of SANSO will be processed for the work permit as per the Govt policies under the sponsorship of SANSO.

Note:
During Probation or regular tenure of your service if you are not performing as per the given task or targets, so company is eligible to fire you as per MOI/MOL laws permissions.
If you breach any policy and involve any serious crime or against company goodwill then your visa will be cancelled & you will be deported back with immediate affect.
