We are looking for an organized EV Sales and Marketing Manager to assist in the advertising and selling of Sanso's EV Cars and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. Your responsibilities will be generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives. You'll represent the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Develop Business and action plans for branch to achieve company’s targets and maximize return.
  • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
  • Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
  • Accomplishes marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
  • Analyse pros/cons of channel mix - including, but not limited to, ATL (print, sponsorships) as well as on-the ground activities (events, booths) and complementary digitals (content marketing, socials).
  • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
  • Effectively align with internal stakeholders (e.g. management, brand marketing, data and analytics teams etc) on business objectives and directions
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Direct the planning and development of division marketing, sales and product communications materials to establish and maintain a consistent and professional corporate image including website.
  • Lead cross function integration across field sales and marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, product development & engineering. Own all aspects of key new product development initiative including portfolio development, manufacturing execution, quality, pipeline development, revenue, margin and EBITDA.
  • Supervise & train the sales team about the SANSO's EV Cars to achieve their sales targets.

Education & Experience Requirement

  • Must have 7-10 years of sales/leadership experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Worked in the capacity of laying down the foundations of an EV brand in any market globally
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good MS Office skills.

FAQ

Q. Who issues the work permit?
A. The timeline and results related to the Approval/Rejection of the Work Permit Application is the core decision of the concerned Immigration department of UAE.
Applicant(s) who would be selected/shortlisted for UAE Office of SANSO will be processed for the work permit as per the Govt policies under the sponsorship of SANSO.

During Probation or regular tenure of your service if you are not performing as per the given task or targets, so company is eligible to fire you as per MOI/MOL laws permissions.
