Job Summary


Sanso Motors is looking for seasoned professional in the Brakes Design Of the automobile Industry to work on ECE/FMVSS, Braking systems (Regenerative Brakes/ ABS/ ECS) , and vehicle dynamics development for braking.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Braking system design in accordance with ECE/FMVSS/IS regulations.
  • Responsible to Perform key Braking performance calculations.
  • Working closely with project / plant manager for all the components of the brake system. To provide data and development of the system in accordance with the regulation.
  • Responsible for Braking system DFMEA and FMEA.
  • Designing, Analysing & Implementing the required methods for the repetitive braking thermal and braking loss calculation. Thermal calculations of rotors and cooling requirements.
  • Packaging analysis using commercial CAD software and Drawing preparation of the components.
  • Vehicle level test and validation planning and early detection of potential problems.
  • Responsible for Vehicle dynamics development program in the field of Braking.
  • Regenerative Brakes/ ABS/ ECS vehicle-specific tuning and requirement statement capability.

Education & Experience Requirement

  • Min. 2-3 years of relevant field experience.
  • Experience in Electric Automobile industry.
  • Experience in Homologation and full vehicle development requirements is highly desirable.
  • Excellent in material science and selection and thermal calculations.
  • Drawing Generation, GD&T,3D geometry creation, BOM creation, vendor development.
  • Good MS Office skills.

FAQ

Q. Who issues the work permit?
A. The timeline and results related to the Approval/Rejection of the Work Permit Application is the core decision of the concerned Immigration department of UAE.
Applicant(s) who would be selected/shortlisted for UAE Office of SANSO will be processed for the work permit as per the Govt policies under the sponsorship of SANSO.

During Probation or regular tenure of your service if you are not performing as per the given task or targets, so company is eligible to fire you as per MOI/MOL laws permissions.
